Crafting To Ease Anxiety

How many of you suffer from some form of anxiety? I have suffered from anxiety a good part of my adult life, which stems from my childhood. I try not to let my anxiety run my life, however, when it becomes to hard for me to handle I like to craft to help reduce it. If you have ever had a full blown anxiety attack you know that finding calming things to do will help bring yourself out of the attack.

I recently got my silhouette machine out and after two years of it being stored away I have been able to play around with it. My favorite projects to do are mirror art. However, sometimes I can have a hard time trying to find the right words of inspiration to put on a new mirror.

Now that I have got my daughter and I in our own place, I am working to fill the wall with inspirational sayings. I want to have reminders all around my home not only for my daughter but for myself, that no matter what life throws at us we can get through it.

If you’re a crafter you probably have that one site you like to go to for inspiration or material to use for your next project. I happen to like going to Design Bundles. Design Bundles has everything I need to make my next project a success. They have clip art, scrapbooking pages, mockups, templates and even inspirational quotes. They offer free designs as well as discounts on bundle deals. It’s literally your one stop for everything digital in the crafting world.

Not only do they offer so much, their site is extremely easy to navigate. Everything is categorized so you can browse with ease. I love sites where it’s simple to navigate it makes it that much easier to find what I’m actually looking for. Whether you’re new to crafting or been crafting for years make sure to check out Design Bundles. You will not be disappointed in all the designs they have. Be sure to check out their other site Font Bundles as well.
