No one wants to think about their life ending. I know I don’t, I want to live forever, because I don’t want to think of not being here for my daughter. I will be the first to admit I am scared of death. I know it’s all a part of life, but one of my biggest fears is dying and my daughter having no one. However, I do know that our time on Earth is limited and we are only here for a short time.
I have watched many love ones die way to young. :(
I have been thinking about getting term life insurance quotes.
I have no plans to die soon, but as I said above our time on Earth is limited and we never know when it will be our time to check out. I don’t want to leave my daughter, but I know that really is out of my hands, however, making sure she is taken care of when I pass is not out of my hands.
While money will never help with the pain of losing loved ones, it will help with covering expenses.
How many of you have a life insurance policy in place, whether through your place of employment or through a private firm?
If you do have a private life insurance policy, what are some things I should look at when selecting which plan to get. I know there are many options, how much is enough?
I have also thought about actually starting to pay for my funeral costs, so I have everything already taken care of when the time does come. Hopefully not for another 50 years!
