Well today I got my first shipment of hooked on phonics. I am excited to start with my daughter. She can read when she wants something. But she isn’t wanting to read. I am hoping this will help strengthen her reading. I ordered the Learn to read 1st grade to work with her this summer. She isn’t to happy about having to do school work this summer but come next school season she will thank me. I also got Hooked on Phonics 2nd grade coming that will be here tomorrow. If we get through the 1st grade we may move on to the 2nd grade then she will have less to do next school year.
