5 weeks with Journey Gym

What Works and What Doesn’t
I stepped on the scales this morning for the first time since doing the first weigh-in. I didn’t want to because I knew it was not going to be good. I have successfully completed week one of the 70 day Journey Gym challenge! This morning was weigh-in and I am happy to say I am done 2 pounds!
