Over the years, I have been hearing more and more about Aromatherapy. Aromatherapy, is when one uses oils from plants and essential oils for physical and psychological health. When one combines certain oils together, they get a fragrance that is not only calming, but also soothing. Essential Oils can be blended with a carrier oil and used for pain, headaches, depression and even helping you balance out your hormones.
Recently, my family was sent a GuruNada Essential Oil Diffuser and several different oil blends to experience the use of Aromatherapy first hand. With seeing so many people swear by aromatherapy, I had to give it a try. With having PTSD and a hard time sleeping at night, I had nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

With my husband and I both having a hard time sleeping at night, I really wanted to try calming sleep. With not knowing whether this diffuser had an auto shut-off, I used it long enough to refresh our bedroom. Our room was filled with a nice blend of Lavender, Marjoram and Chamomile.
Before I was able to shut the diffuser off, my husband was fast asleep. I followed shortly after, this was the first night in many that my husband and I slept through the night. We had no getting up in the middle of the night. We both sleep so peaceful. We know use the diffuser in our bedroom at bedtime, and in the living room in the day time.
I love the calming and relaxing effects it brings into my home, and it makes our home smell so fresh.
With reading other reviews, I was unsure if this diffuser shut off when the water ran out. I found that the diffuser will run for about 3 hours before it runs out of water. Once the water is gone, the diffuser auto-shuts off. This is a plus, because I love running the diffuser at bedtime.

I loved the diffuser and essential oil blends, I will be picking me up one of the kits so that I have one in the bedroom and one in the living room at all times. These blends really do bring a calming atmosphere in our home and I am glad I was able to check them out first hand.
