I am the type of person that will splurge buy and often times the product I purchase sits and looks pretty. I got a great deal not long ago on a Silhouette Cameo, after trying to win one for years, I broke down and made the purchase.
When I first got the machine I was having fun making decals for around my home. Since learning more about the abilities of the machine and my creativity, I ventured off to try more challenging projects.
This is when Lasting Memories and More was born. Lasting Memories and More is about creating lasting memories of loved ones and pets that families can display in their homes to help keep the memories of those who have passed a live.
My first lasting memories creation was a mirror of my baby brother who passed in 1988. I did this creation on a 11×14 mirror.
At first, I was nervous about his picture coming out well, but it did and I couldn’t be more happy about the end results.
Later I purchased some 8×10 canvases, I wanted to see what I could do with them. Again the end result was amazing… I of course turned the canvases so they would be 10×8.
My daughter was wanting one of Yoda, as you can see with this one I eyeballed it and the wording is a tad off, lesson learned!
