Keep Your Glucose Balanced with Level Life

With the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it is easy for one to “forget” to eat. When we forget to re-fuel our bodies, we will notice our bodies running very sluggish. I like having a bit more protein in my shake, however, with the lower calories, I could drink one every few hours and get the protein I was seeking.

I found the LevelLife protein drinks to taste pretty good, with cutting a lot of sugar from my diet, I personally found these to be to sweet. Once I took a drink, I looked to see how much sugar one drink contained I noticed it was only 1g. So the over sweetness of the shake I believe is due to my taste buds being reset.

The LevelLife bars I found to be the perfect snack after a workout. It helped give me that extra boost of energy I needed while fighting the hunger off.

LevelLife snack bars come in caramel chocolatey peanut, chocolatey crisp, double chocolatey crisp and chocolatey peanut crunch. These were the perfect treat when I was starting to want sweets, I didn’t find these to be over powerful with the sugar. They’re also easy to carry and will fit perfect in a purse of the glovebox of the car.

The glucose gels were not for me, these are more for the one with diabetes that their sugar gets to low, these will certainly bring it back to where it should be!

Overall I found the products to be a great addition to the weight loss regimen one may have to help keep hunger down and fuel ones body whether on the go or in between meals and workouts.
