They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Through-out the day we eat small meals every few hour’s, however, 6 to 8 hours passes from night until morning when we eat our first meal of the day. I don’t know about you, but when I skip breakfast I tend to be hungrier through-out the day, and I eat more.
Our body needs that morning meal to get everything back in working order. One way I like to get in my breakfast is with a small bowl of yogurt, topped with yummy fresh fruit, I love strawberries topped on mine, and for a little crunch and extra protein, I like to add in some protein granola.
Not only is this a quick breakfast, this is a healthy breakfast that will give me the energy I need to get going on my day, this is also a great snack option after an intense workout.

The yogurt bowl is great for those who are busy and needing a way to take their breakfast to the office. We have always been a fan of Cascadian Farm products so we new we would love the protein granola.
