I cannot believe Christmas is right around the corner! Where has 2014 went? To be honest, I am super excited about Christmas of 2014, my daughter is older and she isn’t all into that believing in Santa and such, so it has been a few years since we had a tree up. However, this year is different, we will have a tree up, and there will be presents.
I cannot say how many presents, but I know I will have a very happy and grateful child on Christmas morning. Yup, I am making her wait until the morning of Christmas. We always went with Christmas Eve, and Santa would come with the stocking on Christmas morning. Since our daughter doesn’t believe in Santa she can wait until the morning of!!!
Even though we haven’t placed a tree up, it hasn’t stopped me from getting personalized ornaments, I think having these to give to my daughter is important. You might think, well how can it be important when you didn’t even put a tree up. Well, we put trees up until she no longer believed, then money got tight and we were not able to get her many things, so we would get her small things through-out the year and somewhat skip Christmas.
