Central Michigan is home to many Amish communities, so I have had the pleasure to see their handmade products up close. I have also had the opportunity to try their yummy baked goods. Since moving to Tennessee, I have only seen Amish a few times. Recently, I learned of the Amish community in Lancaster, PA.
Pennsylvania Amish Country is in the heart of Lancaster. The Amish live a very simple life in Lancaster, with their horse and buggy and beautiful farm lands. While growing up in Michigan I did have the opportunity to try the Amish baking, I never had the opportunity to own an Amish made product. Recently, I have had the opportunity to check out the amazing craftsmanship that comes out of Lancaster, PA.
My family was sent a Speedway Express Wagon, the wagon we received was the #500 Wagon and we also received the Tri-Fold Cushion Seat to review. The Amish made 500 wagon, has a bed size of 22″ x 40″, comes with 10″ x 3.5″ aired tires or you can upgrade to the 10″ flat free tires for $8 more. This particular wagon comes with a regular handle, if you would like the ability to hook it to a tractor/riding lawn mower you can upgrade the handle to also include a hitch. The 500 wagon has a 1000lb load capacity, making this the perfect wagon for hauling the kids around the park or using it for different things around the yard.
When the wagon arrived on our door steps, my husband got the tools out and got the wagon put together.
The Speedway Express Wagon took less than 15 minutes to get put together, then we were ready to insert the cushion and try it out.
The wagon is made with sturdy hardwood and heavy gauge steel, the sides are both stapled and glued to give the wagon a stronger bond. We found the wagon to be very well made, I love how the sides can be easily removed, which will allow for transporting bigger objects. The cushion can be placed flat to give a nice comfy ride to all those who ride in it, or it can be folded up into a seat.
The Tri-Fold Cushion and the 500 Wagon can be purchased on the WagonSales.com. If this particular wagon isn’t the wagon you’re looking for, you can find other Amish made wagons and carts on WagonSales.com as well.

I’m looking to purchase a 24″ x 42″ or a 26″ x 58″ waggon body only (undrilled for tires). I want to convert it into a bicycle trailer.
Would that be possible?
What would be the price for each?
Shipping would be to San Marcos, Texas 78741
Thank you!
