Yes, the laptop has finally died, the screen would go black and when I would try to restart it it would do nothing. I have come to the conclusion that it’s the graphic controller. Which is lame since the laptop is supposed to be one for video/gaming.
I have looked up different things about the dv5 and it looks to be a known issue with the up dv series. So here I am with reviews that need done, no laptop, limited access to my emails, writing this post via my Droid DNA.
I will not have the funds to get a new laptop for a few more months so, thankfully we do have another computer in the home and my husband is working to get my hard drive to boot up in his computer so I can attempt to get posts up.
I will do my best to get things up in a timely manner.
