Journey Gym 70 Day Challenge Day 60 & 61

Only 9 more days left of the 70 day Journey Gym Challenge! As I get near the end the scale has started to move, I am excited to be wrapping this up, and I am taking away from this experience so much knowledge.

Although, the challenge will be complete review wise, my journey will never be complete, I still have a lot to learn and a lot to change, and I know in time everything will come together. I do plan on doing the challenge again, I think this is what my body needs, I don’t plan on doing it again right away, I will be working out 5 to 6 days a week, but I think my body needs a rester in between.

I will be scoping the internet for new recipes to try that are cleaner, we ave a garden going now so soon it means we will have lots or tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, and zucchini yummy!

Also, just because the challenge is almost over doesn’t mean I will not be giving updates on my progress, it just means you won’t see them on a daily basis.

The next few days I will be doing a blog out, I will not be getting on line much, I will be taking time away to spend with my family. I will be checking emails and such, but family time is needed!

With that being said, I will see yall soon in a few days, I have a few posts set to publish, and when I get back we will be having a giveaway, who likes Sonic?
