It has been so hot and miserable here, and believe you me, I felt the difference when I worked out today! I am going to start working out first thing in the morning, so I get it done and when it’s still cool out.
I had skipped two days of working out, because I was not feeling up to par, I am feeling better now, and I could tell I didn’t workout the past few days. No more skipping workouts for me, I wish it wasn’t so hot, I would break out the wii and do some more working out, but I have been so drained the past few days, I did good to get today’s workout done.
I also have not been keeping good track of what I have been eating, while it hasn’t been bad food, I think I may have over done it some since I haven’t been working out. However, all is good I am back on the band wagon, and I am still working towards my goal. One day at a time, just have to try harder.
Still attempting to find that must have scales, mine are all broke it seems.
Tomorrow things will be back to normal and I will be hitting the Journey Gym within an hour of waking up. I got this, the fat won’t win unless I let it, and I am not about to let it, I have busted my butt this far, I am gonna keep on keeping on. I am building so much muscle it can be discouraging with the scales that’s for sure.
