You probably noticed I didn’t post a post yesterday. I was super busy, and today I am not feeling all to well. However, I am going to attempt to do a real quick workout before bed. I went to the doctors today, to discuss an issue I have been having, I also informed her, that their scales was broke! It is showing my weight way off, but once I explained to her what I was doing, she let me know that since I am working out daily, I am burning fat, but building muscle, so of course the scale is going to be incorrect.
She said if I kept doing what I was doing the next time she sees me, I will be wearing smaller clothes. I agree with her!
So anyways, that’s what has been going on, missed yesterday, trying not to miss today, but I might.
Tomorrow I will pump it up and do extra to make up for it all…
