Day 46 has come and is almost gone. I only have 24 more days of the 70 day challenge, I cannot believe how fast this time has gone. I have noticed that my body feels ran down, if I wait to long to get in my daily workout. I know this is a good thing, because it means my body is wanting that extra boost.
I will be searching the internet to see if I can find some healthy crock pot meals, I know with the summer heat here, I don’t want to be cooking. So this will give me away to make a large dish and freeze some of it so that I have quick lunch.
I also need to sit down and attempt to do a weekly meal plan just for me, now that I am eating every few hours this is a must, or else I will lose my mind!
The last few days, I haven’t gotten in my second workout, been super busy, and it’s been super hot. I am hoping though to pick up those second workouts real soon.
