Day 45 is complete. I think I am in need of some new workout clothes, I have come so far in my journey, and I have along way to go still. When I first started working out, I did it barefoot, I am not a fan of wearing shoes, and if I could go barefoot, all the time I would. Today, when I was working out the right bottom foot was hurting, so I went a head and put my shoes on, but guess what both feet hurt then.
I need to find some shoes, that will work with me, for the working out. I mean my shoes I have are pretty awesome, they just don’t like the jumping up and down, and all the moving, these are more for working out.
My top I wear is a workout bra from Ellie, I would love to get a few more, and my shorts are pretty awesome, I paid a whole 7 bucks for them at Walmart, best shorts I have for working out.
One thing I discovered today, is when you’re fat and sweaty, laying on the journey gym to do chest presses, will cause your back to suction to the Journey Gym!
I cannot believe I have made it to day 45, while we only have 25 more days left, I am pretty excited to be going on to Phase 2.
It’s hard to believe how far I have come in the 45 days, I went from having anxiety to doing the videos, to actually looking forward to the video updates.
