Journey Gym 70 Day Challenge Day 42

Fat to Thin

It’s all about keeping on track! As I read the email, I noticed it was going to be a lot harder this time around, so I went ahead and did the day 41 challenge FIRST, then tonight I will do a quick workout before bed and be all set.

Today we worked fast and kept moving, I have to say I like the small 10 minute workouts better than the long20 minute ones, either way though, I am nailing it. Still cannot do SOME of the workouts due to knee issues, but I keep moving. That is the important part right, to keep moving. Stepped on the scale this morning to another drop in weight, I cannot believe I am really doing this.

I had planned to talk a lot about different things, but as I sit here I am lost on what I wanted to say. I probably should start taking some notes so I remember!

As I laid in bed last night, I realized it has been over a month since we had pasta. I love pasta, macaroni salad, macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, tuna casserole, goulash, or those are only a few of my favorites. However, with getting on track with my fitness, I cannot take the risk of over eating. Because when it comes to my favorite foods, it don’t matter if I am full, I go for just one more, then one more, and one more, and before I know it I consumed over 1000 calories in one sitting.

The other day we did have some sliders, but before I ate my 4th, I gave it to the dog, I know he was happy. I also had a small bowl of ice cream, hey I am doing good, I use to go to the store and you know those boxes of candy at the register, yup, I would buy one and eat it before I got home. Haven’t done that in awhile!

The first half of the Journey Gym, I was making habits, habits that would become a daily routine, such as working out. I honestly cannot believe I am working out twice a day, and I actually like it, I think this is the hardest I have ever pushed myself, I will see results.

Yea, I know this post is a bit of rambling, I am sorry, my brain is just at a stand still right now. Tomorrow will be a better post, I promise :)
