Journey Gym 70 Day Challenge Day 41

Fat to Thin

Today I learned how important it is to prepare my meals a head of time, this way when it comes up to the two hour mark when I need to eat, I am not left trying to prepare my meal. I am finding it hard to eat every two hours, but I am attempting to do so.

I woke up this morning ran a few errands, then came home and did my first workout of the day, I even tried on a few pairs of shorts, I am almost there! I remember last year these shorts were super tight on me, now I am almost fitting into them, if I lay on the bed, I can get them zipped. I feel like I am being suffocated, but hey they’re getting over my hips now.

Each day I push myself a little harder. Last night I ate something I should have passed on, but I new my limit, and I didn’t over do it, I was able to look at the Journey Gym, and know that I am already busting my ass to get the weight off, while I would have loved to have ate my full meal, I knew it wasn’t the smart option. I wasn’t hungry anymore, it just tasted so good.

I got some new batteries for the scale that shows the bigger picture. I would love to get the fitbit scale, so it all uploads to the internet for me, no I am not that lazy, I just like to be able to log online, and see how my progress is going. Having all the numbers is very important to me.

When I first started working out, I had to be alone, hated my husband being in the same room with me. Now I encourage him to watch, it helps me be silly and move more.

I have also decided that after I complete the 70 day challenge I am going to continue on with the Journey Gym Team, and go on to the phase 2.

I love the support, and as I said before I don’t think I would have made it this far if I wasn’t getting the daily emails, and the encouragement from the team.

Are you over weight and needing to get fit? Get fit with me! Want encouragement, link me to your site, and we can cheer eachother on, when losing weight, you really cannot have to many cheerleaders cheering you on.
