Journey Gym 70 Day Challenge Day 40

Fat to Thin

Tonight I am getting to this a bit late. However, I did get to it, haha. I didn’t even get in my morning workout, I was a bit busy. I did my daily email workout first, so that I made sure I completed it, I am about to do my 15 minute full body workout I love doing, then I will be resting for the evening.

I am sweating my behind off right now, but when I wake up to the scales I am going to be very happy, that I did my workouts this evening.

I am down 6.6 pounds in 5 days! But then again I started working out twice a day, and I have worked on removing those bad carbs and adding a lot more protein.

I am also using the BodyMedia Fit Core armband, and I can tell my arms are reducing because when I first got it, it was a bit to tight, now it’s feeling a lot more comfy. I will be doing a review on the BodyMedia Fit soon.

I cannot believe I am about to say this, but I actually like working out. Sometimes I am to tired and don’t feel as though I can, but then I surprise myself, get on up and get the workout done. I wouldn’t say it’s fun, but a challenge for sure. This next week or so I should be getting my meal plan situated so I will be losing even more weight!

I am so thankful I have had the opportunity to do the 70 day Journey Gym Challenge, and I am so glad the folks at Journey Gym, worked with me to make this happen. I wouldn’t be where I am right now, if they didn’t reach out to me, to be honest, I would probably still be sitting on the couch and having those walmart pizzas several times a month.

Now it’s all about those lean proteins and dark leafy greens.

Better get to that last 15 minutes before I decided I am to worn out.
