What am I thinking right this minute? I am thinking it’s time to make more changes. I am not happy with myself, my husband says he can see results, but the scales are not showing me what I want to see, and when I took my measurements yesterday, they were not showing me what I was wanting to see either.
So I decided, when you don’t see the results that you want to see, you kick it up a notch. I am working out TWICE a day now, I do a quick 10 minute warm up in the morning followed by a 15 minute full body workout. Then in the evening I do the assigned workout. Ha, the fat thinks it will win, well guess what ima come back at it 10 times harder.
I am also logging EVERYTHING, I find I keep on track better when I write everything down. The past 35 days, I had not been logging my intake, when I really should have been.
I am back on track did a 55 minute total workout yesterday with my morning workout, and my nightly workout, woke up to the scales being down 2 pounds… Still not at the weight I was at before camping. But these next 34 days, I am going at them strong. More veggies, more fruits, and more workouts. Oh yea baby here I come!
