Tomorrow marks the half way mark of the 70 day Journey Gym Challenge, can you believe I made it this far! I still need to work on my eating, and dropping those damn carbs, but I am a bread girl. I need to find an alternative, because I don’t think I can give up my breads. I don’t do the white breads, but I know bread is bread and I need to work on limiting myself.
I got the BodyMedia Fit in the mail the other day, so I am going to be looking at the bigger picture.
We also go the swimming pool up, so on top of my workouts, I will be getting some swimming in. While the pool isn’t that deep, I can still do some leg workouts, and arm workouts in the water.
How many of you have started to workout? How many of you are sticking to your workouts? I can say out of the 34 days, I have only not worked out about 4 days, and 2 of them days, I did a lot of walking to make up for the not working out.
One day at a time, but I am seeing results and loving it!
