Daily updates can be a challenge, when you’re gone for a few days and have little service. Today is day 26 of the 70 Day Journey Gym Challenge, out of the past 26 days there as only been like three days I didn’t workout. Two of which we were camping, I knew we were going to be hiking, so I didn’t think it was needed.
In the two days we were gone, we hiked a little over 13.5 miles! We are not talking flat lands, we’re talking uphills, downhills, between trees, under trees, and even over trees.
We also made sure to take veggies and water.
Being that we were camping with two dogs, the sleeping wasn’t the best, so I have been feeling ran down, however, hopefully by Monday, I will be feeling awesome and refreshed.
Day 26 workout is going to be a nice one, and I cannot wait to get it in for the day. Still trying to get back into the groove of things, but will be doing my workout in a few hours, I know, do them before you start your day, well today is catch up, so I am working to get some things caught up, then after lunch I will get the workout in.
Now that we are home, it’s time to get back on track.
