I cannot believe I am already 17 days into the 70 day fitness challenge with Journey Gym. If this was any other plan I am sure I would have quit by now, one thing that discourages me is working out and not seeing results. Since starting the Journey Gym, I have seen some results everyday, not all results are via measurement or the scales, but with the way I feel before and after working out.
When I first got the Journey Gym a few months ago I was clueless, I attempted to do the 70 day challenge, but to behonest, I had no fricken idea what I was doing. So I wasn’t seeing the results I am seeing now, with direction.
I have lost a total of 8.5 pounds in the past three months or so, half of those pounds was within the last 2 weeks! It’s amazing how much weight you can drop, once you’re working out in away that will help your body faster.
With the Journey Gym since it’s all done with 1 minute workouts, it keeps your heart rate in the zone it needs to be in. I won’t lie though, some of these cardio workouts I cannot do, I have attempted to do them, and it kills my knees to much, so I do go back to the marching in place to get my heart rate up.
I know one day I will be able to complete the full workout without having to break, and without having to turn to marching in place. However, baby steps are better than no steps!
I am on the way to a healthier me.
