Can you believe it has been 2 weeks now since I started the Journey Gym Challenge! It seems like the days are just flying, tomorrow I will be doing a vlog to give you the run down of my progress, I will be taking measurements, and all that good stuff
I was a bit sad that today was an intermediate workout, those ones kill me! I have been unable to do the assigned workout for today due to the site being in down for maintenance.
When I did the workout on my own before I started getting the emails, I hardly ever did any sweating, it’s so nice to actually be sweating when working out, because it lets me know my body is doing what it’s supposed to be doing.
I am still having a hard time ditching the carbs, but I am trying.
My birthday is in about 1.5 months, so I am going to work towards dropping at least 20 pounds, yup, I set a goal 20 pounds by my birthday, if I can aim to drop 10 pounds in a month I will be at my goal weight this time next year. I don’t ever remember being under 200 pounds, so this shall be interesting.
When I make it to my forever goal weight, I will be planning a trip to the ocean, yes, that will be my reward.

Waiting for the site to come up, if it doesn’t come up before I head to bed, I will pull out the journey gym dvds and do one of the easier workouts!
