Betcha didn’t think I was going to make it to day 12 did ya? No worries, I didn’t either, and I almost didn’t. I just got done doing my day 12 workout for the 70 day Journey Gym Challenge.
I go to bed with my arms killing me, and I wake up still feeling the burn.
I cannot believe I made it to day 12, the workouts are getting a lot harder, I try my best to follow them all through, but some I cannot do. I try but it ain’t happening. Needless to say by the time the workout’s are done, I am sweating my behind off.
I cannot wait until I am able to do the complete workout without having to stop, but for now I am happy with actually getting up and moving. My body is happy as well, I sleep so much better at night, it’s amazing how much better I sleep.
How many of you have started to workout? Have you noticed a change in your over all health?
What motivates you to keep on moving? My family motivates me, I want to do so much with them, sometimes it’s hard, I have bad knees, and I know once I take off some of this weight, I will be able to moved a lot better. I would also love to start running, and biking, and doing all those fun outdoor activities!
Anyways done with the rambling, day 12 of my fitness challenge is complete. :)
