Fat to thin is the way to go! Today, was day 9 of the 70 Day Journey Gym Challenge, this one I was moving the whole time! Can we say smelly and sweaty. I have been getting my workouts done in the morning, this way I know they’re out of the way.
I do have to be honest though, when I woke up this morning I didn’t want to workout. I did however, get in my workout, and I took the survey in the email. I love getting emails everyday with instructions on what to do.
One of the first things I did when I woke up was go pee, then I took my weight, which I plan to do everyday, and got a glass of water. Once I was done with my water, I got a serving of oatmeal with a little cinnamon, and some lil shuga to help sweeten it a bit. When I go to the store next I am picking up some Stevia, so that I have an all natural sweetener.
I am also going to meal plan smarter for me. Where I make breakfast burritos, and pre-workout snacks, this way I won’t skip a meal/snack and I won’t over eat when I do have a meal/snack.
This far I am very please with the results I am seeing, and the support I am getting from the reps at Journey Gym.
