Journey Gym 70 Day Challenge Day 1

Fat to Thin
As promised, I am going do my best to do daily updates on my progress on the 70 Day Journey Gym Challenge. This is not required of me with the program, I have received a Journey Gym, and I am getting coaching from the awesome folks at Journey Gym.

The first few days I have to write down what I eat, and send it on over to Journey Gym , so they can get a better feel of what I am putting into my body, so we can work to change things around, so that I get the most out of the program.

I am super excited about what the next 70 days will be like. I did the first challenge this evening, and I have to say I feel great. My arms are killing me, but I know in the end it will all be worth it.

I also know that when the 70 days is up, I will have all the resources needed to do the 70 day challenge again! Yes, I will be keeping ALL the emails, so I can go back through them, and do it again.

I am going to give this everything I have, I am tired of being fat, and I know for my health, I need to make some changes and I need to lose weight. I think this will also help my anxiety issues out a lot.

Once I get down to a certain weight and I feel more comfortable in my body, I will be doing a lot more video reviews, and video posts. Hell, I might even start a funny youtube channel, okay so I probably won’t go that far, we all know I am far from funny!

But once I lose weight and I start to feel better about myself, you will be getting a lot more videos, and a lot more pictures. I would say here is to the next 69 days BUT this isn’t a 70 day thing, this is a rest of my life thing.

Follow me as I begin the journey to a new me.
