My 70 Day Challenge has Begun

If you watched my video a few weeks ago on the “Follow Me As I Get Fit” post, you will know that I will be doing the 70 day challenge with Journey Gym. I am still scared to all be, but I know this has to be done. While we tend to eat somewhat healthy, more so now, because I will not fail myself nor Journey Gym. It can often times be hard for me to get to moving. I guess you can say I am stupid when it comes to workout so I do need help.

I am very confident that during these 70 days I will do well.

My Journey Gym arrived on Saturday, and I had a house full so I wanted until Monday to start. Below you will find two videos of the Journey Gym contents and how easy it is to set-up, and how mobile the equipment is. Again I am nervous so you will hear me have some nervousness in my voice. I will not be editing any of my videos you will get them as I take them. I may regret this, however, I am ready to take control of my weight once and for all.

I have taken all my measurements and before pictures, as of right this minute I am not comfortable with posting this information. I will however be posting them just not at this time.

I have thus far found out how bad I need this, yesterday I was only able to do a 10 minute workout, today I did 15. I have to say when you are as fat as I am, those no sweat workouts, will have you sweating your behind off.

I am excited to be doing the 70 day challenge, and I hope you all do follow a long while I progress and make this happen. Videos of be using the equipment will be coming soon.
