The Facebook Diet: 50 Funny Signs of Facebook Addiction and Ways to Unplug with a Tech-Detox Review

If you are sitting at your computer right now reading this post, I can almost bet you also have facebook open, and chances are you keep switching over to that tab/window to see what is going on. Yup, I am guilty for doing this. To be honest, it is some of the reason I have yet to get this review up, I let things around me take my attention off things I should be doing.

When I got the email I glanced at the title “The Facebook Diet” I had to open it to read more… I thought this was going to be another one of those lose weight fast with the all new facebook diet gimmick. I am sure people probably do lose weight with the “Facebook Diet” being on the computer all those hours and forgetting to eat can do that to a person.

Anyways, after I opened the email and seen more, I knew I had to check out the facebook diet. Hell I knew I even needed to go on it!

Crazy right? But also true, while we may find our daily dose of entertainment on facebook it is also wrecking marriages and families. If you’re a facebook junkie, the facebook diet might be just what you need… Not sure if you are a junkie? Then you may want to check out The Facebook Diet to see. If you can relate to more than half of what is in the book, then congrats you might want to see about checking into a Facebook Anonymous group. Luckily for me I can only relate to 24.5 so I am good.

While this book shows the humorous side to being addicted to facebook the statistics above are not to funny, sometimes we all need to step back from social media all together and look at what is going on around us. While reading the book, and checking out the images, this book it spot on, about everything.
