So as you may have seen I have been doing a lot of Walk it Out by Konami. This helps me get in my walking without having to have the heat against me. Playing with the wii board is a bit tough on my knees but I deal with it, tonight I did 1.8 miles without no break, and broke a bunch of my records!
One thing I love about this game, is it has fast songs that make you walk fast, and slow songs where you can walk a bit slowers. I have noticed while playing with the board it works a lot more of my muscles besides my leg muscles, I am feeling it all up in my stomach. I break a sweat and drink so much water, I ended up drinking about 44 ounces of water while I played today.
Tomorrow I will be hitting up the More Workouts, and seeing what I can burn on that. I am determined to hit my goal weight by my birthday of 2013.
It is only a matter of time before I make my dreams be a reality. Eating better, and working out I am noticing I am not as sluggish during the day. If you are like me and have a hard time working out, I suggest you play the wii, if you don’t have a wii, then dance to some music every little bit of movement helps.
