Two weeks ago today, my family went from eating Walmart pizza, and box meals to eating lean meats, veggies, and fruits. One of my favorite snacks now is frozen grapes. I will admit, in those two weeks we have ate out, however I had a sub with a lot of veggies from subway, and I also have had a mini (10 ounce) blizzard from Sonic. With that being said the numbers are in and they don’t lie.
In the past two weeks I have only drank water, I started at a very low amount, however, I have worked my way up and I now drink anywhere between 75 ounces to 125 ounces a DAY. With drinking water I have noticed I am not as hungry and I don’t over eat. A week ago I also dusted off the Wii and brought that back into my daily routine. In the past week I have only missed one day of working out with the Wii, and that was due to some family issues. My body did need the break though.
However, since March 19th I am down 11.4 pounds!
When we moved back to TN I gained all the weight I had lost while in Michigan so the beginning of May I turned those numbers back around, and was once again back to my weight I was at when we left Michigan… So I am down 11.4 pounds since the beginning of May.
I have since been tracking my measurements, and my weight since June 6th, and these numbers show that by me eating better, drinking water, and working out, is paying off!
Are you ready for these numbers?
In 2 weeks, I have lost 3.4 pounds, an inch from both thighs, 3 inches from my hips, and 3 inches from my chest. Yesterday I got a new scale in the mail to review from EatSmart, the review AND giveaway for the GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale will go up in August during my flabs to abs event. However, now that I have the scale I will now be monitoring the percentage of fat, muscle, and water I have in my body, as well as my bone mass…
I have to admit after seeing the fat % and the muscle % I was extremely depressed. I knew though that those numbers would be ugly, so now I know I have to bust my ass to get those numbers switched, I would lose my muscle % to be what my fat % is now, and my fat % to be what my muscle % is, I will once again take my measurements in 2 more weeks and report back.
Don’t worry I will be blogging within those two weeks of my continued progress.
