Shopping Is Done, The Battle Is Now On!

I went and did my grocery shopping today, what did I get you ask? Shrimp, salmon, tilapia, tuna fish, organic chicken, lots of fruits, and veggies, greek yogurt, whole grain rice, whole grain crackers, seeds, nuts, and some dark chocolate!

I am determined to fight the fat, and I am about to win. I have a few recipes I will be sharing soon. These will be my alternatives to my favorite treats. I have set up a few goals, tomorrow will be weight in, and I will be taking all my measurements this evening. I have all my charts set up, I will also attempt to figure out my actual body fat percentage.

My first goal is to hit a loss of 20 pounds. The total I need to lose is at least 150, I am going to do a few different things to reach the goal, and I hope I can reach it within 2 months. Yup, I am giving myself 2 months to reach my 20 pound goal. I have to start believing in myself. I think this is why I keep getting off track, my highest was 315 and within a year I dropped 30 pounds, I have found 10 pounds here and there but I have also re-lost it. I need to focus on keeping it off, and when the scale shows a gain, I have to push myself harder.

I am keeping track of everything the computer and in the end I will share the complete results.

I have to not only do this for myself, but also my family. I am also going to try to drink 140 ounces of water daily. Water is the key to weight loss success.
