Day 4 Nothing But Water

Four days ago, I started my weight loss journey. Since starting this journey I have drank nothing but WATER. I am averaging about 88 t0 112 ounces a day. At times it is hard to get those ounces in, but I do it. In the past 4 days I have lost 2 pounds, and I have learned a lot about healthy eating, and all that weight loss mumble jumble.

I have learned my body already at my age, and all my other stats burns on average 2000 calories a day. I never new my body burnt that much when I pretty much did nothing. Now throw a little weight lifting, house cleaning, walking, and cardio in there, and I am burning a lot of calories!

This healthy eating isn’t that bad either, strawberries, and frozen grapes are starting to become my new best friends. I am more determined, then anything to lose this weight, I know I can do it, I just have to stay focused.

How much weight to y’all think I can drop by the time flabs to abs event starts?

I am going to try and lose 15 pounds, that gives me almost 2 months to do it in, and I have already lost 2 so I have 13 more to go. I can do this, you know how I know I can do this, because I am determined!
