I am not real big on nail polish. The main reason, it seems like whenever I apply it, by the time it dries it’s already chipped. My daughter on the other hand loves wearing nail polish. So when Priti NYC contacted me to see if I would be interested in doing a review and giveaway, of course I said yes. Why? Were shall I start, first Priti NYC nail polish is 100% NON-TOXIC, and it is Eco-friendly. So this is a win, win for both daughter and mom. Not only does she get to paint her nails whenever she wants, I also have the peace of mind knowing it is non-toxic.
Priti NYC was founded in 2005 by Kim D`Amato. The idea came to her when she became pregnant. At this time she switched to organic products, her mission in this company was to not only support the organic farmers, but also to decrease the amount of chemicals we put into the earth.
Priti NYC nail polish comes in several shades and retails for $12.50. You can also purchase kits, which retail for 37.50 and include 4 different colors.
My Thoughts:
I love the fact the nail polish is non-toxic, I also love the fact it doesn’t streak and seemed to dry rather quickly. The price maybe steep for some, however, several things need to be taken into factor. It is non-toxic, therefor if you are pregnant and love wearing nail polish, but are concerned with the effects it may have on you, or unborn child, this is the nail polish for you. Right now they do have several shades for $7.50 each. They also have soy nail polish remover, we also got to sample that, this was different, but took the nail polish off better then store bought polish.
