Well, I know it has been awhile since I have last posted about my journey. I have not got off track, I have been working out, and logging most of my calorie intake. I have got it down packed to where I can almost tell you to the t what all I have consumed and the calorie amount. I am still having issues with the scales, it doesn’t want to move, and this does start to depress me, because I know what I have been doing.
Thank goodness I am seeing the numbers on the tape measure go down. That is what keeps me going. I need to just remove the batteries from the scale and not touch it for like 3 months! My arms are starting to take a new form, I really do not think I will make my goal of 50 pounds by June, for the simple fact the scale has stayed put all through the month of February.
I have started taking some Cayenne Fruit pills, and I am thinking about getting me some Cinnamon pills as well. I mean what can it hurt, it is all natural so what the hell.
I just wanted to post a little something so that everyone knew I am still working on dropping those scary pounds! I have a few low fat/diet cookbooks to post, I will be posting those within the next week or so. Love trying new low calorie, but yummy tasting recipes.
Yeah I LOVE food. Finding good, healthy meals is difficult, though. Please keep us updated on some good recipes!! I’m dying to find some new flavors that will excite the taste buds! :D
Absolutely, I have a tater tot Casserole recipe I will be posting within the next week, a servings if I am not mistaken is only 320 calories per serving! I made this the other night and it was so yummy.
Hi! I haven’t visited your blog in a while and I wanted to know if you are still on the hcg plan? How did it work for you?
I only did this plan for a short time, I lost about 13 pounds, from it… from my understanding though it is being pulled from the market, to many people abusing the effects and causing damage to their bodies.
