We are now almost a month into 2011, so far everything is going AWESOME! As of this minute I am down 11 pounds! Can you believe that, I have done lost 11 FRICKEN POUNDS! I am beyond excited, I am ready to rid myself of this fat.
Next week, I will be posting pictures of the scales so I can show you all how I am seriously losing weight at a nice speed, with a little exercise, and watching my calorie intake. I also took some before pictures the other day, when I get off some more weight I will post the before pictures. I am a bit disgusted with myself to post them right now.
I can honestly say, I have never been this motivated to lose the weight. Yea I have said I was going to, and I have attempted many times, but I was doing it all wrong.
I would eat pretty much one meal a day, that was killing any metabolism I had. I was always wondering why I was not losing nothing I mean I didn’t eat much. That was the problem I needed to eat more through out the day and less at one sitting.
Now that I have learned the little trick, I am eating several times a day! I am not hungry, I am eating everything I ate before, just in moderation, and I am working out. I KNOW, I will be meeting my 50 pound loss by June. I can feel it, and if I keep going strong I can make my goal of 100 by Christmas… Omg I so can picture me under 200 pounds by Christmas, the smallest I remember myself was 205 and that was before I got pregnant with my daughter.
Maybe, just maybe I will get that second child I dream of by the time I am 33!
How is everyone else doing with their weight loss? Are you having troubles staying motivated, are you getting in those work outs? Let’s all support each other to reach our goals.
I am so impressed that you have lost 11 pounds so far! I have only lost about 5. But I have been very unmotivated to exercise. I am mostly eating smaller portions and less junk! WTG!
I would say losing it was a piece of cake HAHA, but it wasn’t. Losing 5 pounds is better then gaining 5 pounds! Last year I bounced a lot, I lost 30 pounds total last year but I gained most everything I lost back, when I started in January I was 13 pounds less then I was a year ago. BUT that is still a lose, even if one was to lose 10 to 30 pounds a year, they are still losing it…
One of my biggest problems with losing weight was also motivation. I was so unmotivated, after starting to watch The Biggest Loser, and reading about Carole Carson, I new I had to light a fire under my ass! So that is what I did, The first half of January I tried to eat smaller portions, and I was working out as well, and I lost the first 5 pounds… I started a food Journal a week ago, and during that week I lost 6 pounds. I have not checked my weight today, I promised I wouldn’t until the 3rd… So be ready for 2 pictures on Thursday of my weight read for 7 days!
Be strong you can do it! Need motivation? Watch Biggest Loser and tell yourself if they can do it I CAN DO IT!
