I have decided I am going to try something new to make sure I get my work out in daily. I am not talking a 10 minute workout, I am talking about my body moving for about one hour non stop.
I have worked out by walking, I have worked out on the wii. Most those work outs are keeping your body moving so you are burning calories right? Same with walking just so your body stays moving. However, sometimes getting outside to work or finding a way to the track can be a pain. Some can not afford Wiis to work out with nor do they have the money for expensive workout equipment.
A lot will say the reason they do not work out is because they are on the computer and don’t have time. So starting today for at least an hour a day, and this is the minimum I will move my laptop to the counter, and do what I usually do, but I will be standing at the counter, while on my computer for at least an hour I will be moving my body in some way, whether I am walking in place, doing jumping jacks, lifting weights, doing lunges, sit ups, or just moving my hips in circles.
There will be no more excuses, I am ready for change in 2011 and I have 50 pounds to shed from my body!
