Today makes day 4 for me and day 5 for my husband. Since he works the night shift he started about 12 hours before me. Thus far he is down 7 pounds and I am down 6. At first it was a bit tough with the calories, however, it is not because I am hungry, but because I just want to eat.
This diet is teaching me a lot of different things, it is teaching me how to eat smaller portions, how to spread out what I eat through out the day. This maybe the reason I gain and not lose. I like to eat one large meal over 6 small meals, this is messing up my metabolism.
I am still having a hard time getting in the 150 ounces of water. I am making it to about 90, I think that maybe why I am losing so much weight, do you know how often I pee now, OMG like every hour all the getting off the couch and walking to the bathroom is shedding the pounds. :)
I have ordered some drops for when my husband and I are off the shots, this way we can keep it going. Once I get off the shots, and on to the drops I am going to slowly add more calories to my diet. I do not attend to get over 1500 at any given time.
Having a kitchen scale makes counting calories super easy, and well worth it.
