Today is day 3 of the hCG diet. I am now off my load days, and I am working on the 500 calories, a day. So far it is not that bad. I am experiencing a small amount of hunger.
I have been breaking up what I eat through out the day so that I do not get overly hungry. So far today, I have had 100 grams of chicken breast, I cooked this in my indoor grill. I have had one orange, half of a cucumber, a piece of Melba toast and 40 ounces of water. Total calorie count is 237, soon I will be starting the cycle again as I begin my dinner routine.
I figure if I eat a little here and there instead of all at once I might do a bit better. As of right now the scale is down by 3 pounds. I did not gain during the 2 day load, I lost almost a pound.
3lbs? that’s great. How much is 100 grams of chicken?
what happens after the 3rd day? do you start the process over again?
Scale has me down 4 pounds as of today and today is day 4 of the hCG diet. 100 grams of chicken is rather small and 150 calories. My husband is down 7 pounds in 5 days. However he works so he is losing more, guess it is time to break out the wii and start working out with it.
