I have struggled with my weight every since I was a child. Now that I am getting older it is really time, that I start working on losing all this unwanted weight. Problem is whenever I get going good, I always go in a stand still, and stop losing weight. This discourages me and gets me depressed, then I give up, and gain a bunch of weight I had done lost back.

My Thoughts:
After spending several days reading this book, as well as going over the work outs. I do see how you would, change your body. In the book she states this is a workout everyone can do. However, I do not agree with her. Some things yes I can do other things I can not. I have bad knees, and I am unable to bend the one that much with out being in pain. Also, the diet she has you on, would not fit in my budget as of right now. However, I want to do the 30 Day method in full, but first I have to get rid of some weight so I am physically capable of doing it. I loved how the book not only showed you in detail the work outs, but I also loved that it comes with a DVD of the workouts. I also love how there is some healthy recipes in the book.

I control portions and work out and not seeing the weight come off- I see pants getting smaller but the flab and fat is still there

I am an emotional comfort food eater. When I am depressed or over angry I reach for fried foods, heavy loaded mash potatoes, cakes, pies and chips.
Everyday. I just can’t seem to get motivated to lose weight. I need serious help. Thanks!!
My problem is chips, once I open a bag I cannot stop.
With Halloween coming up I have such a weakness for those
little size chocolate bars. The variety is always so great.

I am a former dancer and now teach ballet to little kids. I have really been struggling with wanting to stay fit and be a good role model for the children that I teach. Since getting married three years ago I have gained weight slowly. It has creeped up on my thighs!!!! My birthday is this next month and my desire to get in shape for my big day and the year ahead is huge.
I am struggling with the last little bit that I know I need to get rid of. I realize I need something then just doing my own thing…I think this book would really be an asset and the kick in the pants that I need to stay motived to the end result!
I get bored and I snack way too much!
I need some exercise advice so would love to win!

I get easily discouraged mainly because I don’t live in a neighborhood and don’t have any neighbors I can hook up with to stay motivated. Also, if I have been working out for 2 weeks or more and not seeing really visible results I will stop. I would love to give her workouts a try as I have seen the promo video and it looks very different from anything I have done before.

My struggle is with the last five pounds.
I can’t seem to lose that baby pouch. And the older I get, the harder it seems to be to take off any weight at all.
I gained a lot of weight over the two pregnancies I had in the last 3 years and I’m having a difficult time getting rid of it, especially the weight in my midsection.

My weight struggle is getting off this 20 pounds. I have started eating MUCH better foods and also I do a bootcamp exercise group. If only I could by pass all sweets!
My doctor would like me to lose twenty pounds and it’s a constant struggle with me.
Me weight struggle is keeping the extra pounds off. Sometimes I get discouraged.
