I am still going to stick to drinking just the lemonade and a small meal at dinner. I have to say over all of this has been pretty damn successful. When I started the fat loss factor April 8th I was pretty sure I could pull it off. I did not do the full amount of time on any of things it tells ya to do. It is a 16 week program then you start over again.
I can say I have lost roughly 10 pounds and I feel great. I have hope that I can some day be down to 140ish to 160. Hell at this point I would be glad with 180…
So for now I will continue to drink my lemonade diet drink, and working out with the Wii, and if I do this right keep watching the numbers on the scale go down, down, down.
